about jalyn

Jalyn is a fashion designer and brand strategist whose work sits at the intersection of design, storytelling, and business. She holds a B.F.A in Fashion Design with a minor in Merchandising from Virginia Commonwealth University and a M.P.S in Fashion Management from Parsons School of Design. With a foundation spanning both the creative and commercial sides of the industry, she brings a multidisciplinary perspective to every project, combining design thinking with strategic insight.

Throughout her career, Jalyn has worked across fashion design, showroom, retail, creative direction, and brand strategy, supporting collections, fashion week presentations, photoshoots, and campaigns. These experiences have given her a comprehensive understanding of the fashion industry and how products, stories, and consumer experiences come together to build meaningful brands.

At the core of her work is a belief that fashion is more than clothing, it is a form of communication. Whether developing a garment, shaping a brand identity, or creating a marketing campaign, she is driven by the power of storytelling and the connections it creates. Her work explores the relationship between fashion, identity, culture, and community, with a focus on crafting thoughtful experiences that resonate on both a visual and emotional level.
